All our products are handmade, and each item is unique. Slight variations in colour, size, and texture are part of the handmade nature of our goods and do not constitute a defect.
We make every effort to display product colours and details as accurately as possible, but actual colours may vary depending on your screen.
3. Orders & Contract
After you place an order, you'll receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order. Your order is only accepted, and a contract formed, when we dispatch the goods.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example, if we cannot fulfil it or if there is an error in the product information or pricing.
4. Prices & Payment
All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT (if applicable).
Delivery charges (if any) are shown at checkout.
Payment must be made at the time of order. We accept PayPal and major credit/debit cards securely via our website.
5. Delivery
We aim to dispatch shop items within 2-3 business days of receiving your order.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and postal service. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.
6. Taxes and Import Fees
Please note that any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees that may be charged upon delivery are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary by country and are outside of our control.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information about any potential fees before placing your order.
7. Your Right to Cancel
As a consumer in the UK, you have a right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason.
To cancel: Email us at nicewoollenhats@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt.
Return the goods to us at your own cost within 14 days of notifying us. Goods must be unused and in their original condition.
We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods
Exceptions: We cannot accept returns of goods that have been personalised or custom-made to your specification unless they are faulty.
8. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, please contact us at nicewoollenhats@gmail.com within 30 days. We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with your legal rights.
